Weekly Community Meditation Practice

We offer 75 - 90 minute meditation practice with instruction three times each week.

You can drop in on any of the different practice periods offered throughout the week.

Look for a brief summary of online etiquette in the email you receive with the zoom link.

The current schedule for weekly meditation practice is:

  • Tuesdays 7:30 - 9:00 ET, led by Ekai Joel Kreisberg

  • Wednesdays 1:00 pm - 2:15 pm ET, led by Jozen Jonathon Fielder

  • Sundays 10:00 am - 11:15 am ET, led by Emyo Darlene Tataryn

    We request that if you continue to sit with us for longer then a month, please become a member. Members receive a weekly email with all the zoom links for all the community programs each week.

Weekly Meditation Practice Periods
